An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We went from a 4th floor walk up studio (top flight was a sprial staircase) with essentially no street parking to a second floor apartment. The crew was absolutely wonderful - very friendly and respectful. They worked quickly and always with a joke, were very careful - even with our cheap IKEA furniture - and nothing was broken, misplaced, or even damaged. They were pretty friendly guys, and they were also very sensitive to our needs. This was a huge plus because nothing got dirty or scratched.
