My husband negotiated the poor salesman nearly to death, and I'm sure we ended up with a fair price. We ended up with great, really high-quality, triple-paned, argon-filled windows, and we're loving them. Our old windows were aluminum framed and difficult to open, plus we had to switch out storm windows for screens every summer/winter. It was a pain. These are inclusive and it's very easy to open and close the windows. We're happy with them. I was not at home for the installation but my husband was. He said the crew was very friendly and agreed to show him how they worked and some tricks of the trade. They cleaned up the mess and by the time I got home I couldn't tell anyone had been there. Other than having fancy new windows, of course. They look great. We love opening them up everytime there is a good weather.

Very well! the lead installer, was very conscious and helpful to all of our specific needs. The only problem that we had was that one of our vents rocked and the box around the spigot on the back of the house was too tight around the spigot to get a hose on it. However, the guys were very diligent and quick about rectifying both of these issues. We are more than satisfied with their services and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing siding services! We are also, very happy with the finished product and the financing made the whole process affordable by being able to spread out the payments!
