More than 8 hrs installation of new AC. The hours spent was not even the problem, as long they get it to work. They showed me a very very very dirty filter from my furnace. Today I found a filter on the side, that wasnt even close to what was shown to me. The dirty filter probably an old filter that I neglected to throw. Trust is the issue now, as I shelled out cash (serious cash) for extra job that maybe or maybe not even necessary. Rating should not reflect the company, it maybe just one bad egg in the basket. I dread writing bad review but I feel played.

Excellent job!!! From paper to execution! Found them here at homestars. Paul knows his craft, on site plan at first meeting, old fashioned way...on paper. Thank you to all involved in this project! Did not believe that its going to done in 2 days. It didnt. JOB WELL DONE in less than 2 days! Trades/Craftsmen on steriods!

Our furnace is out warranty from our builder. When I turned off the furnace last spring I knew that the fuse had blown. I am always afraid to call any service guy as I know it would cost me. Found Cozy World via homestars as recommended by someone, with a rating of 10 I decided to call them no answer but filled a note to contact me. They did before the end of the day and came by the next day. Fred is great even left a spare fuse...and left without my arm!
