Washing machine latch replacement
Last minute repair. Less then 24hrs from looking them up to saying thank you! 3 weeks for the waranty company thru the Brick who left me without a washing machine in a Pandemic!!!!

Paid upfront for a 15 yard bin services at unlimited weight. Owner operator and driver waited a week to remove it and dumped its full contents on the driveway. Damaged the new driveway, drainage basin and car. Over 5k in damages. TPS investigation this matter. No call backs, texts, emails or anything!
Simply the best home inspection by far! I have used over 20 inspectors in 4 cities and two provinces! He is the best, honest, detailed and fairly priced. I got him to come back after I did a full rebuild to check up on my huge investment! Very glad I did! I thought I knew my house fully after the rebuild but he find something that needed attention! Home inspections are NOT just for buying a house!

Be very careful! This “Master” electrician seamed professional at first and offered a very competitive rate until he started to double book and miss work days. Material price changed in the end I paid just under double the original estimate! He know I had a very short timeline and could not get another electrician to take over and the permit was under his name! They just made another profile on here to hide from this one!
Just to clarify.
I, Charles Leclair owner of C. Leclair Electric, have been in business for the past 23 years, most of my jobs are referrals from past satisfied clients. I do minimal advertizing, my business is mostly word of mouth. it is very unfortunate this homeowner was not satisfied with the price. In the end, double the price meant double the work and double the material from what we originally ageed on. As of today this job was left with $800.00 unpaid.
I am a legitimate Registered Electrical Contractor, I am registered with ESA/ECRA (Electrical Safety Authorities / Electrical Contractors Registry Agency), I am also an ACP contractor (Authorized Contractors Program) which means my defect ratio with ESA is outstanding with 0 % defect, needing below 4% to be eligibale to be on that program. I take a lot of pride in my work, I often give more to my clients than what they ask for.

Not 1 or 2 but 3x Home inspections!!!!! He identified $130K in damages when I accounted for $80K, $70K me $40K and $60K me $40K. I have bought over 12 homes, he is the best Home Inspector I have used. I will use him again! Government approved! So if your Military like me or RCMP or Fed Gov use this guy!
