Terrible customer service. Equipment is outdated. Wanted to upgrade my service from landline to cellular, first appointment was cancelled as their technician was sick. Second appointment nobody showed up, not even a phone call. Wasted 2 days off work. Called to cancel service, nobody answers, left 2 messages. Nobody calls back. All they want is your money. Do not use this terrible service!
