Really great, thorough and intelligent service/advice from Justin. Westside Pest Control responded very quickly after my parents saw a mouse in their new place, and Justin did a thorough assessment, determining the problem was likely from the other half of the duplex. He explained in detail what the issue was, and proposed a maintenance plan. My parents felt like they found someone who they could trust and rely on, and because of that I'm now hiring them for my commercial workplace needs, specifically requesting Justin!

I hired You Move Me (based on all the glowing Homestars reviews!) to move my parents from their 5,000 sq ft house in Dunbar, to a 2,900 sq ft duplex in Kitsilano. While my parents had organized and culled a lot of their items from living in the house for several decades, there was still a lot of stuff (some large, some small, all awkward!). They also couldn’t find the time or energy to wrap up their good crystal and china, but thankfully You Move Me offered that service in addition to the move. The six guys showed up on time in their nice green polo shirts and immediately started moving packed items into the truck, efficiently and safely wrapping crystal, and even gently packing up items that hadn't yet made it into boxes. It was a huge stress relief on a challenging day. Moving out of a place you’ve called home for 3+ decades is difficult, but Brandon, Jonathan, Matt, Skyler, Dylan and Prabh were so good-natured, reliable and kind throughout the process. They were a great team of guys who worked together to creatively problem solve under pressure, and we have zero complaints/concerns. I’d absolutely recommend You Move me, and these guys in particular, for anyone I care about who is going through the moving process.

Power went off in one area of my condo, and the breaker simply would not switch back. After reading reviews, I decided to call Nu-Phase, who thankfully are available 7 days a week. The man who answered the phone was incredibly helpful, and walked me through the issue over the phone. It was a very simple solution which he seemed happy to provide with no charge - He saved me a service call which would have cost me a silly amount of money given the issue. Now I know who to call when I have a bigger electrical issue! I would recommend Nu-Phase Electric.
