Came to our home, brought samples, explained options well. Good detailed contract. Installation was in timeframe promised. Installers worked in nasty weather and did a very good job. When I didn't like the way the header looked, the company went out of their way to make it right. All communication was handled in a pleasant manner, and I felt appreciated as a customer. Absolutely excellent customer service.

Contract very detailed and easy to understand. Window not delivered as promised by salesman, but friendly forthright honest customer service from the installation department. Installation was different from contracted, and prompt attention was given to making sure the job was finished as per contract. Neat, clean job, pleasant installers. Overall very good experience other than timeframe involved.
