I really can’t say enough good things about Elaine and her team. Her work is impeccable - she is a true perfectionist and her attention to detail is admirable. Elaine also always keeps everything immaculately clean. Even better, she has a great eye for colour and never fails to give me good colour advice. After recently moving into a 100+ year old house, Elaine was there every step of the way helping turn it from just a house into our home. She did an incredible job on even the most difficult parts of the project, most notably filling and painting the original wooden staircase with dark treads and white risers. On top of that, she was a constant emotional support as we were living out of boxes and through a series unexpected renovations! Thank you Elaine for always going the extra mile to take care of us (even the dog) :).

We recently moved our family of four after 15 years in one house. We had accumulated a lot and the stress of moving was pretty significant. This was made worse by the fact that the new house was under construction as we were moving in. The team from Carco Cabbie he was outstanding from the moment they arrived. All five movers were clean, polite, and a pleasure to have around. They completed the move within the time that had been estimated so there were no unexpected surprises at the end of the day. I can’t recommend this team highly enough. They have earned their excellent reputation!

I highly, highly recommend Steve. He responded to my request for quote promptly with a clear estimate and explanation of costs. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional, and charged exactly what he quoted. This is notable because the two other companies I got quotes from sent lowball "range" quotes but when I pushed them on what was actually going to required, the quotes continued to creep up (one quoted double what Steve charged). I will absolutely use Maple Leaf again if we have garage door issues!

Elaine recently completed a series of projects for us - everything from refinishing the stair risers and handrail to painting bathrooms, bedrooms, ceilings (including repair work), trim and even kitchen cabinets. Quite simply, you will not find a paint professional who is more detailed, diligent, tidy in the way she works, and quite frankly a pleasure to have around. She and Katherine worked so efficiently - I still don't know how they got so much done in so little time. They were immaculate in their work and thanks to Elaine's good eye (and colour advice), the place looks amazing. On top of all that, she is exceptionally reasonable in her pricing. I can't say enough about her. This is not the first time we've hired Elaine (we had her do some work about 10 years ago), and it definitely won't be the last. Thank you Elaine and Katherine!

The reviews here are accurate - I can highly recommend 416 So Clean without hesitation. Daltony and Carlos were kind, professional, and did a wonderful time in less time than expected. Our wool stair runners look great again. I'll definitely have them back.

Jack and his team were great - polite, trustworthy, nice guys who did a great job identifying our issue (freon leak), providing us with clear options (refill or replace, but refilling came with risks and was ultimately a temporary solution), and then a very competitive price on the replacement unit. We now have a very quiet air conditioner that is keeping the house cool again. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Declan is just so pleasant - our power was out in a number of weird places and I couldn't figure out the problem. I was home along with my kids for the week and going nuts without my phone plugged in or the tv, not to mention the main bathroom light. Declan arrived literally the same day I called (and he came in the evening because I had to work all day), figured out the problem in a matter of minutes, fixed it and then double-checked everything just in case. It just required a reset button, but he could have told me it was anything and I would have believed him! Instead, he just charged me basically for his travel time back and forth. Highly recommended!

We were faced with a sewage flood over the holidays that left us unexpectedly replacing the carpet in our finished basement. The insurance estimate was low, so we were working on a tight budget. Despite this, I was determined to get a decent carpet. Thanks to Nikko and the great prices at Imperial, we're getting a beautiful wool blend berber and I couldn't be happier. Nikko is exceptionally professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. The guy who came to measure, Habib (I think), was also extremely gracious. When I was in the store, the owner introduced himself and ensured that I was served within minutes of arriving...I can't say more to compliment this place (and I shopped around - virtually every carpet store in the city saw me, and none came close to matching up to Imperial in any sense :)).
