Marcel (the proprietor) has been amazingly responsive any time our garage door has had trouble, and has provided an economical fix every time; once it was old springs, another time rollers, a third time he installed a keypad for us, and once he replaced the opener itself - amazing conscientious, knowledgeable service over past 15 years or so, more recently with his son assisting with the job - fantastic resource!
