Stewart Roofing installed a new roof and sky light for us. The foreman Chad and his crew were very professional, thorough and tidy. Chad gave us an overview each morning of the work to be done, problems encountered and options to solve them. It was clear that he knew his business and was supported in problem solving by Stan Stewart the company owner. We share a laneway so respectfulness, care to the property and clean up was important also. The crew was excellent, nothing damaged, no nails and driveway left cleaner than when they arrived. Its a 50 year roof with a solid warrantee. I have confidence in Stan's assertion that "You own the house, we own the roof" should we have any problems in the future - but I don't expect to. It is a great job. More expensive than the estimate due to the unexpected issues which come with an old house where today's standard materials don't quite match, but the solutions were reasonable and thought and talked through before the go ahead for the costs were incurred. And the roof looks great. I would recommend them to anyone seeking quality, work, service and professionalism. Thank you!
