Two weeks ago I contacted Sam in regards to a leak entering my house from the roof. He not only answered my call in person but responded quickly by arranging a time to come and see my house within a couple days. He arrived when he said he would, was friendly, efficient and did not try to use contractor jargon to drive up the price. He talked me through what the problem seemed to be (which was a leak entering the attic from the chimney) and provided me with a couple different options along with giving me with a free quotation with 24 hours through email. Sam was the third contractor I had called regarding this problem and after comparing him to the other contractors I decided to go with Sam. On the day of the job he arrived at the time we discussed and setup quickly. We had decided, upon Sam's advice, to fully remove the chimney and block it. He was finished in 2 hours and provided me with before and after pictures which reassured me that the job had been done in full. Sam and his workers were polite, explained to me what they were going to do and how long it would take prior to starting and tidied up my yard before they left. I will definitely use Sam again for any other outside jobs I need done.
