This was our first time working with Tempasure and it will most certainly not be the last. From the moment we called, they showed a genuine interest in working with us for our cooling needs. Len stayed in touch throughout the process, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. We live in an older downtown home which presented some challenges during the installation, however all was handled with a great deal of care. In a changing climate with hotter-than-ever summers, it’s nice to know that our home and pet received the best quality product and a professional install. This review is long overdue as we awaited the photos of our finished space in order to share with Edson and his amazing crew. We originally hired another concrete polisher but they were proving to be difficult to work with so we turned to homestars and found Unique Touch. We are so glad we connected with them as the floors are truly our favourite part of the entire renovation. Edson recommended someone to do the pour after we had installed the in-floor heating and guided us on the steps and timeline for a perfect polished finished. He worked closely with our contractor, who is very particular and had nothing but good things to say about Edson’s process. All of his guys were polite, reliable and we really enjoyed chatting with them every day. We had long debated if we should mix some colour into the concrete sand mixture but in the end we went with the natural mix and it turned out perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would highly recommend Unique Touch to anyone. Truly a five star experience!

I have appreciated the use of HomeStars for some time now but always as a reader. I have been compelled to create an account today in order to share with other readers about an extremely positive experience I had with this company. We tend to take time to complain about the bad parts of our day, but it's important to give credit where it's due, hence my 10 star review today. Though our home is only 10 years old, we have needed to do many repairs and replacements as the previous owners did not do basic upkeep nor take care of items such as furnace and A/C maintenance, Dryer vent cleaning; a few amongst many issues we have faced in our short time here. Having already shelled out thousands of dollars to get our home's systems functioning properly, and suffering from a dust allergy, I knew I needed to get my ducts cleaned but didn't want to spend a fortune on one more of home ownership's "hidden costs". So I looked to the internet for a deal and that's where I discovered Duct Cleaning Depot. As predicted, from previous comments from various contractors who have serviced my home, there was quite a mess waiting for Damian and his team to work through due to years of neglect. Damian told me that my dryer vent was in his Top 10 worst he's ever seen....I was surprised that he didn't say THE #1 Worst after what I saw him pull out of there. In fact, I believe we were living with a serious fire hazard before Damian got here. They stayed nearly all day to get everything done properly and their energy and big smiles lasted too. From laying down coverings over my carpets and floor vents to ensure my home stayed clean during the process, to explaining their steps and their findings to me along the way, I found their professionalism to be top notch. In a day in age where Customer Service is really lacking, these guys proved that there are still companies and individuals out there who care and work hard to make sure that things are done properly and completely. I will without a doubt use this company again and without any hesitation recommend them to all of my friends and anyone reading this review. Thank you so much!
