Called the number provided and the owner answered the phone. He made some changes in his schedule and arrived first thing next morning and repaired our 'dated' washing machine quickly. Very impressed.

Glad you were pleased Carol. We aim to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible as we recognize how busy everyone's schedule is and there is never a good time for an appliance 'breakdown'.

I called and spoke to Grant regarding a problem with our furnace. He was amazing. Provided me with information and questions to ask my Enbridge sales rep. The difference in cost between the exact two furnaces was almost $5,000.!!!!! The workers arrived 1/2 before their planned time and finished within the 4 hours suggested. They explained as they installed and cleaned up. This company gives the WOW factor.
