My wife arranged these guys for my family move, a 5 bedroom house I paid a deposit of $500 deposit as requested and they never showed up! I was able to find others within 1 hour Still they don't answer calls Stay away, they are not legit Where is my money? Going to Small claim court... I will see them eventually!
Aluminum work, eaves, soffit and gutters
Loni and his crew, have replaced my old leaky gutters and installed new soffit, eaves and gutter on my addition. They were fast and clean. Highly recommend to family and friends.

If you are looking for a reliable roofer, do not look further. Eddy is a man of his word, you call him, he shows up and on time! He will get the job done no matter what obstacles! An example, we had a tree limb fallen into our roof last winter storm, Eddy came after a last minute call on Christmas Eve's and fixed the roof. We have used Eddy in the past, this is the second job (roof over 2 Storey rear addition) and we will call him again and recommend him to friends and family. Asbestos in basement around radiant pipes
My wife and I have purchased a 2 storey house in etobicoke, where we had 2 showing only! We contacted Robert, with a short notice and tight schedule, due the emergency and 2 small kids, he dropped everything to make it at the first showing, he inspected the entire house and we planned for the asbestos removal on closing date. Finally, we got the key and Templar workers were just behind me and worked over the weekend and got it done. Templar went far and beyond their call of duty. I have hired Ottavio to do a rear addition to my bungalow. Modernized Building Group came as discussed and finished the addition in 1 day...and under the rain!!!! No one will bit Ottavio. I was so impressed that I wanted to build the second floor addition:) All jokes aside, Ottavio and his crue are hard workers and highly reccomended!

We have done a basement underpinning (3' deep) and had Tony to do the work! Tony loves concrete more than anything else, trust me. At the inspection stage, the building inspector was also impressed. What can I say! I couldn't have no one better to do this work. I HIGHLY reccomand Tony...
