I called North Durham Appliance based on reviews in Homestars. I described my problem on the phone and they scheduled that Chris would be calling me in the morning to setup the visit. This Company was very prompt in scheduling. Chris came on time as scheduled. He already had the dryer part on hand and repaired the dryer very quickly. He even cleaned the dryer of lint as it was accumulating inside the dryer, which may become a fire hazard. This service was two months ago already and my dryer is still working perfectly. This month, I called North Durham Appliance again to repair my fridge as it was not cooling properly. Again, the repair was scheduled promptly. This time, Kevin visited us on time - he diagnosed and repaired my fridge very quickly. He even recommended steps to ensure the problem does not recur in the future. Glad I have found a reliable repair company that provides great service and reasonable rates!

H&Y Kitchen was referred to us by a neighbour. H&Y managed the project of upgrading our kitchen (new cabinets, counter tops, sink and range with outside exhaust). Susie from H&Y was quite helpful and very knowledgeable in laying out our kitchen design based on what we wanted to do. The project was done on time and on budget. The project was completed in early November 2016 and I wanted to wait at least one month before I leave a feedback in case there are issues that needed to be address after installation. So far, we have been very happy with our kitchen and our family had already commented how spacious and how our kitchen now has a nice "flow". Thanks Suzie for all your help!!!

Durham Doors actually installed my garage door last summer 2012. We moved into our new house that same summer and although it has been one year I wanted to give credit where credit is due. After getting quotes, I decided to choose Durham Doors for the price and the products they are offering. I was fearful at first as I did not see alot of reviews of this company - rethinking as their prices and products were slightly lower compared to the other quotes. The saleman, I wish I could remember his name, was not pushy at all - he really took the time to determine what I want based on my budget - for that matter, we even went outside in our street to see other garage doors just to have a better idea of their products that are similar in color, designed etc. From that sales experience and given they were a local company in the area where I live, I decided to give them a chance compared to the big retailers. The installation, a father and son, went really smoothly. They hauled my old garage door and cleaned up after they were done. They showed thereafter how to operate the door esp in time there was no power as I had no inside access to my garage. I am really glad that I decided on Durham Doors. After more than a year, my garage door still looks and operates like brand new - Thanks Rico
