Bought from The Brick with 5YR warranty. 5 TIMES they change parts on that oven. First time was 6 month after we he receive the oven. I call Transglobal many many times. Last time I ask for replacement, they said they will fix it as long as it is warranty. Talk to The Brick store. No luck...ah...Send me back to Transglobal, finally spoke with a supervisor. Right now my oven still not working. Technician come and fix it, leave with a smile and less than 1 hour later, call back Transglobal because the oven doesn't work again. Keep having error code. Already change 5 parts. We have had 7 calls, they are not standing behind there no lemon policy. Never deal with them. Next time we will buy from different store that doesn't deal with TGW...
