We have been with Alarm Force now for over 5 years and the service has been faultless. We have had false alarms while we have been out of the country but their Guard option has dealt with these and fixed the problems (that did need intervention) and at no additional cost. We do have batteries die on the wireless system but the tech support provides clear instructions on how to change these yourself. We are now ditching our land-line and Alarm Force are upgrading us to wireless for a reasonable cost. I am very positive about the overall experience I am getting with this organization and would recommend them to my friends.

We had a very large ash, probably 35 inches at the base that had been dead for over a year. The tree was very brittle and was in close proximity to two high-value homes. The tree was also above an expensive fence, arbor and tv cables. The crew were attentive at all times and Hilary did a fantastic job controlling the takedown from up in the tree. The tree was extremely brittle and required a cool nerve and tons of common sense to remove safely and I am very happy to report that this was done successfully. I did watch a fair amount of the work and I was always confident that the crew were making safe choices. Clean up was done perfectly and the price of he job was very competitive. TTR was recommended to us by a friend and we will pass on this recommendation.

Gareth and Russell were an excellent team. Their quotes were reasonable and didn't change during the project. They were punctual and completed the job within the agreed timeframe. I am writing this 8 months later and their work still looks excellent. We live in an old house and used a different painter previously and we already have cracks returning to the walls. Gareth made sure that all cracks were properly prepped to ensure they didn't return. The quality of the work was excellent with good attention to detail. Gareth also assisted us with colour choice and his advice was spot on. The guys cleaned up after their work each day and removed all garbage. I would recommend Gareth and Russell to my friends and family considering the degree of trust I have with them. Thanks! Mark
