King Fence installed our wood/iron fence in the summer of 2015. They were very responsive in the beginning and the project was completed on time. However, we would not recommend them as their after-sales customer service is poor. One of the wooden has fallen off (for the second time, see photo) and I have been trying to contact them since Sept 2016 with no response. Emailed Sam 4 times and called their office twice. Both times I called they said they would reply asap but nothing. Also the paint on the iron fence is bubbling in the areas they repaired, see photo. They provide a 2 year warranty so we are well within the warranty period.

Natalia, we have been there on two separate occasions to replace the lattice on the wood section, this should not keep reoccurring under normal circumstances. We have addressed the issue with the paint on the iron panel, by providing you with a warranty form, you need to return the form so we can send it to the manufacturer, to proceed with the warranty claim, and get the panel replaced.

I had our ducts, AC and furnace cleaned last week after finishing our basement. Paul's team arrived right on time and completed the work in 2.5 hrs. They were very careful not to damage the new flower bed outside as well as the recently painted walls inside. Very happy with their work.

Bought a crib and a dresser. Happy with the quality of the crib and mattress. Unhappy with the quality of the dresser (drawers poorly finished and shelf sags) but most of all offended with the service I received after I complained about the dresser. The father, Joe, called and accused me of causing the damage. I told him that there was no way I could have done it, I would have had to take a sharp tool to break apart the inside of the drawers. He said "the story doesn't balance" and that he would have to take it out of his workers' pay. It was the second time my family had bought a crib from them and we had a good relationship with the son, Brett, so I could not believe the father's reaction. In the end the drawers were fixed but I had to insist. It is a pity the father has such terrible customer service because their cribs are high quality (not the dressers though).

Excellent service from Ramiro and co. No mess made and grout looks new now. Also received great cleaning tips to keep my grout clean in the future. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
