Initially, our cancelled bed order (ordered in September and cancelled by the salesperson in November) due to change in manufacturer was not actually cancelled, and I had to initiate the inquiry as to the status of the refund of my deposit. The bed was in fact delivered to the Mississauga warehouse, but no call was made to us about this. Upon speaking to the salesperson on December 28, he said that the bed was in the warehouse. We could still have the bed and would receive a $100 credit for the inconvenience. As of today, February 24, I have received no credit and the customer service representative has not returned phone calls since January. In addition, the bed was delivered with missing pieces, partially set up, and with a chipped headboard. I had to make frequent, daily calls, to customer service to get this repaired. After almost a week, a high long distance charges, and calling the repairman at home, the bed was assembled. No apologies were made or credit for the damaged headboard. I do not recommend Mobilia Ontario (the Quebec customer service, to which I was erroneously directed by the Burlington Store manager to get us off his case, was terrific and made the Ontario connection for us)to anyone in Southern Ontario.
