The thermostat in our baby's room wasn't working and we really needed it fixed since the weather is really starting to turn. Neil gave us a tight time range for when he would be coming, which was great so I wasn't sitting around waiting. He fixed our problem quickly while explaining everything to me along the way, and now our baby's room is warm for winter! Great price, super friendly and I'd certainly contact Neil at Nu-Phase again if I need more electrical work.
