Customer service was quick but that was the only positive thing. Forgot to clean the freezer. Told doesn't clean self cleaning ovens and then scratched the front of the fridge. When complained was told the apartment and appliances were especially grimy and then they would have to see the damage to the fridge but would give me $ 10 off for forgetting the freezer. Not impressed. Do not use this service. You will be disappointed.
