Price included taxes, paint and many smaller items (eg. trims, doors, external doors, bit of ceiling, etc). Daniel was awesome. Personable, patient, prompt in his email responses and very accommodating when it came to quoting aspects of the job individually and adapting to changes in the scope. The job was well done and was done quickly, neatly without too much need for micromanagement of the painters. I believe it took 3 or 4 days total and there were 3 workers there each day. Genuinely believe the $3000 of paint increased our home value considerably when it came to sale.

When selling my home I hired two carpet cleaners in fairly rapid succession. Of the two I was significantly happier with the level of service from Quick Dry versus the other carpet cleaning company. Quick Dry was prompt and cleaned the carpet in multiple stages. They were on time, personable, brought two people for the job (brothers), and moved couches with no problem. Was very pleased with the result / process / cost.

Chem Dry was a bit patchy in terms of getting in touch and making sure the cleaning would happen on time. The serviceman, assumably Edward, was pleasant but did not seem terribly thorough. He also seemed to have less firepower to go at the carpet with than the competitor. Overall, the work was okay but for the same price there are better options.
