followed up on Old West Windows based on recommendation from friend - Rick was friendly,knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, prices on track with other suppliers - fantastic warranty on work and product - had two set of window installed (May & Sept) and each time done by friendly, professional, efficient team which left me smiling at the end of the day.
