We recently purchased our first home and proceeded to Sears to buy our fridge, stove and some furniture. We were extremely excited by buying these items six months prior to moving in only to be extremely disappointed with it not being delivered on time. We have a family to feed and although we were given a delivery date it took them 3 weeks AFTER the date we chose to actually get everything. We were living without appliances and with MAJOR HEADACHES dealing with Sears. Very unhappy with customer service.
