I hired Paradise to move my mom from a 1-bedroom condo to a new apartment just up the street. I spoke with John about the move, and he was professional and very helpful. He helped steer my mom away from making some bad decisions in the planning process. Communication was amazing leading up to the move and John called me the day before and morning of to confirm the timing of everything. I was very surprised when John showed up at the move. It was really nice to have the owner working the job. John mentioned that he wanted to be at my move as he knew that my mom was nervous about things. John and Louis faced some obstacles at the move (loading dock was under construction, elevator was smaller than I had described, etc.) but they handled things amazingly. The move took longer than predicted, but John always informed us about what would have to happen to make it through the day. The move went great, and John and Louis worked really hard. The best things I can say about them is that they were really friendly, calm, and did a great job communicating with us. This helped create a relaxing mood for what is normally a very stressful process. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with Boris. He was nice, prompt, and his crew was friendly and efficient. I'll now tell you why I selected him in the first place which is the most important thing. Boris was the 2nd person to respond to all my emails the day I started looking and he came the next day. I saw 4 different companies and in the end I selected Cozy World. Of them, Boris was NOT the best salesman. However, he was the one who focused the most on telling me about construction, furnace needs, options, etc. He encouraged me to email/call him with any questions about furnaces, and not just money and financing options. I really liked this. I took him up on his offer after doing lots of research and he took the time to respond to half a dozen emails with questions about furnace details. This was extremely important to me. I will always choose someone who is keen on educating the consumer first and foremost. After it all I have a new furnace that I'm happy with, and I also know way more about gas furnaces now than I'm willing to admit!
