I have a light colored rug and a 2.5 year old boy at home. Needless to say the rug had too many stains too count. I found Joe's shop through HomeStars and the whole experience was great. Since I brought my rug in the store I received 25% off as advertised. Amazingly all of the stains have come off and the rug looks like new. Very happy w/ the service and would definitely use it again. Joe also gave me few tips on how to care for the rug in future. Thanks!

Follow up Review: Bought a Groupon in Oct got a date in February for cleaning. After rescheduling for March they confirmed the date and said the crew will be there on Monday. I made childcare arrangements, took time off work and then I got a second call the day of that they won't be coming because of my initial review of their customer service?! They said I have to remove the review or the crew won't be coming. Then gave me a lame excuse that the truck was in the shop and maybe I'll get a date in April?! Got a refund from Groupon. Don't waste your money on this company.

Not happy with their customer service. I had bought a Groupon and tried calling them but it was near impossible to reach the company. I called both numbers and left messages to book an appointment as well as send e-mail. It was only after I threatened to escalate - that I got a call back, and yes, my appointment too is end of January. Would not recommend or use them again. I use Groupon to test a service (not so much save money). In this case its money wasted before I even get the service.
