I've purchased a lot of furniture from Ashley Furniture within the last 3 months and I have to say, I will never purchase anything from you again. At this point, you couldn't pay me enough to shop at your stores. The coffee table that I waited 4 weeks for finally showed up, and is damaged. After calling your customer service reps (who by the way only seem to be good at making issues worse rather than resolving them), I was told it would be another 4-6 weeks for me to get a replacement. So, according to some basic math skills, I'm waiting 8-10 weeks for a coffee table that's usable. When I indicated that I wanted to cancel the whole order, I was told that there would be a re-stocking fee. Let's just do a quick recap here - you guys make customers wait 4 weeks for damaged furniture, another 4 weeks for replacement furniture, and then have the audacity to tell me that I'm paying a re-stocking fee. I wish you all the best in getting that re-stocking fee from me. Needless to say, the furniture is being returned and I'll be sure to make my highly unpleasant experience with your company very well known (the internet is a very powerful tool).
