If you don't believe that there are contractors out there who is extremely honest, trustworthy, strives to do the absolute right thing you should think twice because DryShield.ca is out there to prove you wrong. My basement was flooded during July 8, 2013 heavy rains in Toronto due to sewerage backup. As a result of emergency work the walls and floors were all lifted up. I spotted a corner which concerned me. I needed a professional advice. I talked to 2 other contractors which both suggested some work done, one from inside, another from inside. Then I called DryShield.ca. They addressed to my call promptly (I should thank Elvira for that) and Roy came to check the next day. I couldn't believe to my ears as Roy provided his expert opinion about my concerns. I couldn't stop myself from shaking his hand for his genuine and pristine recommendations. We need more people like Roy who treats his customers in the same way he would want to be treated. I thought that such people/companies deserve to be known/used by more consumers. chimney capping and brick repair on the wall
My house is an old house, this is why my chimney has been peeling off for some time. I have forgotten the number of quotes I got from various masonry companies for the last two years. They were all outrageous. Then I found Straight Up Masonry on the homestars web site. It had very good reviews (the best average I saw yet for any company at homestar for reviews more than 30, the rating is 10 for 182 reviews). My experience proved these reviews right. Firstly, what makes their service attractive is their fair pricing. On the top of this they are responsive, diligent, and accommodating (I should thank Crystal for that. She is someone every business owner would want to employ at frontline). Anthony, the owner, is attentive, and strives for the best job done no matter how small the job is. His crew Darrell and Jesse are courteous and experts on what they are doing. I will recommend Straight Up Masonry to anyone who needs masonry job done.

back- water valve installation
My basement was flooded during July 8, 2013 heavy rains in Toronto. It worked as a wake up call for me to install a back-water valve as with global warming it is highly possible that we may have such experiences in future more often than before. If you want to work with a courteous, punctual and reasonably priced plumber just call Slavic. His team did a very good job and left the area spotless clean. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a back-water valve installation. I would use them also in all plumbing jobs I may need in future.
