My fridge is less than 3 months old. I have read many of the reviews posted on this site and have had very similar problems to many of the complaints. I have now given up on my Samsung warranty and have engaged a technician on my own dime. question to this group. Has anyone ever visited their location which seems to be 11411 - 170 street right here in Edmonton. Every time I have called I had always presumed a call center far away. I am very lucky I did not purchase an extended warranty, but my assumption that the manufactory warranty would be good, was an entirely wrong assumption.

- This company is the worst company I have ever had interactions with. It needs to be shut down.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- As about the manufactory warranty when you buy an appliance. If it is handled by 'global services', run. Run fast.
