I would never recommend this company to anyone I know. My dryer was apparently "fixed" on Thursday (waited for a service technician to be available) and when he finally came he was rude and condescending (like I should have know what was inside a dryer!) Finally when he left he wanted to use the washroom and I refused since I was alone in the house and didn't feel comfortable with a strange man. He was not happy about that. Then the next day the dryer was having the same problem! NO HEAT! So I call the company to get a technician out as soon as possible but their policy (as Dean the initial technician rudely pointed out) that he needs to come back since he was the one who "fixed" it to begin with. To top it off he wouldn't be available for another 4 days! Fine waited the 4 days for the rude man to show up again and he didn't show up within the time frame given to me. I'm still waiting to speak to the manager about this whole incident but I have yet to hear back from this company. I have nothing nice to report from this experience and would never let this man into my house again. I would rather buy a new dryer than deal with this company.
