I engaged with Rigid Frame to do the architecture and structural work for my home after my last designer was unable to solve all the engineering challenges. Pezhman and Arvin were great with coming up with novel approaches to solve my challenges and delivering on tight timelines. If it wasnt for them, it would not have been possible to construct my vision into reality. Have the architect also do the structural design really helps resolve issues that would surface later otherwise. My job was quite technical with a car elevator, steel and concrete beams, conditioned attic, custom joists and trusses etc and they were able to resolve all the challenges. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to renovate or build.

I found Zoltan from homestars and he's turned out to be a great find. Him and his crew did an amazing job with putting on stucco at the back of my house. I was skeptical at first as I asked him for references and he wasn't forthcoming but that turned out to be because he wanted to get approval from his reference first. Another big reason I liked working with Zoltan is because of the customer service he provided. He addressed my neighbors concerns with the mess sanding the Styrofoam created and had his guys clean up their backyard after everything was done. Overall great job at a reasonable price and I will be hiring him again.

Tony is very responsive, knows how to deal with the city and delivers on his timelines. I purchase a new house and planned renovations that required a permit. I approached Tony to prepare our permit application asked him to have it ready in time on closing in 10 days. Everything was good to go on closing date and he's been on top of all the communications with the city since then. I will definitely work with him in the future

I found Clarence to be the most reasonably priced out of all the companies I contacted. The work was a bit complex because I had two PTAC units (independent heat pumps) that needed to be replaced. He sold the heat pumps to me at cost whereas usually companies keep a 30% margin. All in all, I saved a lot of money by going with Clarence and it all worked out well in the end.

I worked with Effi over the phone who coordinated the work. The cost and timeline was reasonable compared to others I found through homestars and I decided to give it a go. The person came in and it seems like everything went like a breeze until I saw some of the paint run off and coagulate. I gave Effi a call and within the week the person came back and re-did the bath-tub paint. Everything's been gone since. The re-painting was a bit of a downer but otherwise excellent service.
