Not impressed. Furnace cut out while I was out of the city and my g/f called Arpi's. Issue was determined to be a replacement circuit board (apparently very common for Arpi's). This is a plug and play part. Cost to fix, totaled $1000 for 45 minutes of work for a $265 part.
