In June 2010 we called Allure Window Decor to see about having window blinds installed in our home. Ryan came out and showed us some terrific Hunter-Douglas motorized blinds for our living room and pull down blinds for our bedrooms. He carefully measured everything and the blinds fit and worked perfectly. In early 2019 one of the cords broke on a bedroom window blind so we called Ryan to get it fixed. He arranged to have to have two service technicians (Jamie &DJ) come to our place and fix the problem right on site. D & R Fabricators were recommended to us by our building contractor when we needed a new front port railing. Fernando and his crew showed up a few days after we called and took the necessary measurements and showed us some samples of what he could do for us. He told us the installation would take place in four weeks which it was. Fernando and his installers proved themselves to be both highly skilled and very professional. The finished railing looks fantastic and my wife and are thrilled with the finished product. We've got a beautiful railing that will last a life-time and we've since recommended him to our neighbours who also had him install a new porch railing for them! T hanks again Fernando.

We called Templar to check on our "popcorn ceiling" in the living room when we suffered some water damage. Our concern was that because our home was built in the 1960's that there might be some asbestos in the ceiling material. Our research indicated that asbestos was often used as a binding agent in the manufacture of "popcorn" ceilings. Robert showed up the day after we called in and took several samples away for analysis. We were fortunate to find out a few days later that there wasn't any asbestos. We were thankful for Robert's prompt attendance and professionalism and would highly recommend Tempar.

Our furnace stopped working late one evening during the recent "polar vortex". We were able to get hold of Rob who ensured that we were his first service call of the day. He quickly identified the problem which was a malfunctioning exhaust fan which shut down the entire system. He ordered up a new fan and within a few hours he had our furnace running perfectly. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have a skilled professional like Rob and his team available to help during a heating crisis. He clearly knows his business and he also takes the time to explain what needs to be done. We recently had "We Do Blinds" come out to deal with a broken cord on our Hunter Douglas top down/bottom up motorized window blinds. Nick came out right away and took care of our problem right away. In addition to the cord repair we also had him clean the blinds and we were very impressed with the professional service he provided. Nick was very personable and highly professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to make things perfect. We'll certainly have him back when the blinds need to be cleaned again. A true gentleman and a skilled professional!

Rob took our call and arranged a convenient time for us to come out and take a look at our problem. We found him to be both a very personable individual and a highly skilled professional. He quickly identified the problem and fixed the it in short order. I've worked in law enforcement for over 35 years and I can tell you that Rob is one of those individuals that you can trust to be honest with you.
