clean floors, kitchen, powder room
I hired a maid as I'm a single working mom and need the help. In the corners of the hallway floors where the shoes are kept, I found dirt that was not cleaned. The kitchen was cleaned, except my stovetop which had crust and grease on it. I was told by Century, grease stains cannot come out, but this is something that normally takes me one minute to clean. Powder room had two strokes of toothpaste on the wall left by the kids which they didn't bother to wipe. Mirror was not shiny and clean like has been done by other maid companies in the past, and the corners were not cleaned well.it doesn't seem the rugs were moved and cleaned underneath as there was a spot I easily cleaned with a rug and also, particles. I've used other maids in the past that I have loved, so this was disappointing.

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your cleaning. Looking over everything you had a priority cleaning at the minimum of 3 man hours (crew of 2 for 1.5 hours) After speaking to the crew that had serviced your home they had told us that the bathrooms were in very bad condition (urine stains all over) this is something that takes a good scrubbing and time to do - when they went into the kitchen to start cleaning they had to first wash all the dirty dishes and pots to get to the sink for water - all of this takes time which is why they could not get to many things - the floors were very dirty as well the ladies had to scrub the floor on hand and knees which is also time consuming. We always encourage customers to have a deep clean of their homes to ensure everything is spotless - it is impossible to clean a home that is in dire need of it in only 1.5 hours for two ladies.
