New construction, 5000 sq ft home.2012. Not trying to be cheap. We are disappointed with the performance of our Gienow windows (harmony) and doors, after having 3 doors rebuilt due to moisture getting past weatherseal we are still having problems. This morning at a whopping minus 8c we have at least 2 inches of condensation built up on most, but not all of the glass in the house, I put a straight edge on one of the rebuilt doors and it showed it was far from straight. My wood liners are all bowed in any window over 3 ft wide. I was having trouble installing blinds level as the 3 panel doors were out of level on the top by close to an inch. My weatherstripping is falling of my patio doors ( again) I was told they would schedule a service call but I have yet to hear from them. I am tired of calling them. Now some of the hardware seems to be getting hard to turn I am not looking forward to replacing them all as it would be around 100k. We thought we were buying a quality product and didn't worry about paying a bit more for it. I wont be using them again for my next custom house.
