Decided to have carpets removed to expose oak flooring. We needed carpet replaced for the stairs and upper hallway and visited Personal Impressions. They assured us that a complete removal of carpet, underlay and ALL staples, nails and tack strips would be done. It took most of a day and the work was excellent - very professional and clean in the end, as they took away all the rubbish as well. Thank you.
