A number of years ago, Bin Solutions installed 2 garbage bins and a bike shed. Every few years, due to asphalt settling, Zion comes out and re-aligns them free of charge. These bins are great and Zion, the owner is the best!! Thank you so much!

I'm very pleased with the service this company provided a few months ago. Very effective and professional. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with a burner on the range and fixed it in short order. The burner has worked fine since then. Finding a good appliance repair person is a hit or miss proposition. I own a small apartment building and I've had some repair people who came in to repair a stove or fridge, claimed the repair was done, yet by the next day it became evident that the repair was totally ineffective. So, I was delighted to find a competent and professional repair person. Thank you - full marks!

I needed the windows cleaned in three apartments of a small apartment building. The windows in two were very dirty due to construction in the neighbouring property. JEM came out a few weeks ago and gave me a reasonable quote. A 2-man crew came out this week to clean the windows and storms including frames, inside and out. JEM did an excellent job and I'm very pleased with the result. I will hire JEM in the Spring to do the remaining windows. I would have given a full 10 rating except that they were late showing up for the job. The work itself however was very satisfactory and I would recommend JEM.

I own a small apartment building in West Toronto and have 1 large garbage bin, 2 large re-cycling bins and 1 compost bin. After many years of a fitful co-existence with Etobicoke raccoons, I was tired of cleaning up those mornings after their midnight garbage feasts. No deterrent worked on these furry rascals. In the summer of 2013, I looked for solutions at the large box stores, but could find nothing suitable for the multi-residential market. I did a little research on the internet and found Bin Solutions and the best ever solution to my raccoon problem. Zion and his team responded immediately to my call for help. I was directed to the online site to review the available options - both "off the shelf" standard sizes as well as a full array of custom possibilities. Next, Zion came for an onsite visit in order to advise on my best options and the best location for the sheds. With this helpful guidance, I chose 2 large sheds in cedar and decided to have them stained black. We then agreed on an installation date. The sheds were delivered and installed on the promised date. Zion then checked back shortly after to see if any adjustments were needed. I couldn't be happier! Not only do the sheds look stunning but they are very functional: The garbage is no longer strewn about in the mornings and the raccoons have taken on for greener pastures. I was so pleased, that I ordered a matching bicycle shed. It is now almost 6 months later and everything is still wonderful. If you want a terrific product and terrific customer service, then I have no hesitation in giving Bin Solutions a resounding thumbs up!
