I hired Don to do an inspection and he did not dissapoint! He was there 30mins early to inspect the roof and outside grounds. He spent a solid 3 hrs+ taking his time inside and out photographing everything. He showed me anything he noted that needed attention, large or small, and explained in detail what the causes of the problems were and what needed to be done. Don clearly knows what he is doing and gave great advice straight and honestly. I would absolutely use Don again and gladly recommend him to anyone.
