Top Ten reasons why I would recommend anyone doing a tile job to use Vule Tile: 10. He was very careful not to make any more mess than was necessary. 9. Tidied up after each day's work. 8. Excellent value...his quotes weren't the lowest, but they weren't the highest, either. I felt the money spent was well worth it. 7. Kept all timeline promises. 6. Treats the job as though he were doing his own house. There were several times he said he was finished, but then fixed a few grout spots that I would have never even noticed there was an issue with. 5. Good work pace. Works quickly, but not so quick that he misses details. 4. Made excellent suggestions. Thankfully, he suggested we change our grout colour, which was the correct thing to do. 3. Prompt replies to calls and emails. 2. Keeps his word. My job took a few hours longer than expected, but he kept his word on his original quote. 1. Quality workmanship. Another reason why I will use Vule again for our future renovations, in addition to all the above, is that he is a down-to-earth person and a genuinely nice guy. Rick and his assistant (Ravin?) arrived at the promised time. Of all the companies I contacted, they were the most helpful with assisting me to decide whether to repair my dryer or buy a new one. They completed the repair quickly, offered several tips, and then even stayed later to repair a washing machine issue I threw at them last minute. I was 100% satisfied with the charges (very reasonable), service, and friendliness. I am from mid-town Toronto, and am sooooooo glad they came out to fix my machine. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for all repairs or installations in the future. AC gets an A+ from me!
