I previously had the ducts cleaned at my house by another company and was not impressed. We acquired an income property which had not been maintained and I'm not sure the ducts had ever been cleaned. Since I was looking for another duct cleaning company, I went to Home Stars. Dave's Duct Cleaning was highly rated so I chose them relying on the experience of others. Well, I was not disappointed! They we on time! They didn't say they would be there between 8 and 2, my appointment was for 8:30 and they were there at 8:30 - exactly. The gentlemen who attended, Mark and Brendan were VERY polite and professional, explaining everything along the way. They took pictures in the ducts before and after cleaning and were eager to show me the difference. When I previously had my ducts cleaned with Cassidy's Duct Cleaning, I think it was about an hour long process and included a sanitizer (they took a spray bottle and squirted a solution down the vents). Mark and Brendan were working on the cleaning of the ducts at the income property (which is a smaller home) for two hours and forty-five minutes - and the sanitizer was fogged through the system from the furnace. I would highly recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning! In fact, I have already recommended them to my parents and sister. Thank you Mark and Brendan for doing a fantastic job!

Depending on how complicated the system is we're only able to service no more than 3 homes per day per truck, simply because there aren't enough hours in a day and we are at the mercy of things beyond our control - ie. equipment failures, traffic, complexity of systems, ease of access etc. We take our work very seriously and glad you saw the difference between the level of service and experience that our team provided you with. Brendan and Mark both hold their own ASCS certifications from NADCA and we believe it's important that your home be cleaned by technicians that actually hold their own cleaning certifications.
