Fair Deal Heating

I got a referral from my friend as I could not hire my preferred contractor. I am so glad that things did not work out and I ended up with Top renovations. The team has been very patient, friendly and cleaned the site properly every day after finishing the work. Outcome of the whole project is way better than I expected. They are not the cheapest guys in town and their quality speak for the money they charge. I am certain that I would have paid twice as much if I ended up with anyone else as there were quite a bit of last-minute changes to scope of work. My only pet peeve was language barrier. However, google translate came to rescue and we were able to communicate things. Customer service was also top notch. I was kept informed when workers will come. The team was very professional and fast. They did not waste any time during the day and maximized their output even when I expected them to be tired. My next project is bathroom reno's and I can't wait to re hire the company. They are now on top choice list. Already recommended them to my friend who has similarly pleased with services

I was bit hesitant to hire DJL based upon previous reviews. However, I gambled as the price quoted was very reasonable. I am very happy with my decision. It's too early to judge the quality of MDF cabinets but I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the services received from Andy at DJL kitchen. He under committed and over delivered. I find him to be very responsive and customer service oriented which is a diminishing trait these days. He replied to my concerns / questions even on weekend and late evenings when I least expected. What else that he even took good care after we made the full payment. Not for once I felt that we were left on our own. Very patiently dealt with regular changes and accommodated our requests. I have a peace of mind knowing that Andy will respond immediately if anything falls apart. He promised us a free sink and to my surprise it was one of the expensive ones which shows that he did not try to cut corners. Lets now see how long out new kitchen last.
