Had a pleasant experience having Altima Kitchens and Closets renovate our kitchen in Brampton. Starting from selection of all involved things to gutting down existing kitchen to installing new tiles to new cabinets to countertop & backsplash and many other minor / major milestones involved this is a team with project plan that keeps to their plan, timing and quality. Had minimum surprises in the process and most were dealt with swiftness and due consideration. Had quite a few apprehensions before we started having heard many (horror) stories from our social circle but both Ashok and his son Abhay walked with us every step of the journey taking care of big to small things very professionally and compassionately.

Service Rep: Brad (Emp # 2474) Charges paid: $0 since unit under rental agreement ($24.66/mo) Brad was very courteous and professional. He not only resolved the issue by changing the drain valve but also helped me understand various situations in which drain valve may fail. He also helped me understand different components of the unit and how to increase efficiency of the unit - all this information not rocket science but not so obvious either to amateurs such as myself.
