Titan was the contractor that my insurance company cursed me with after a sewer collapse. Initial meeting was positive and they appeared engaged and competent. Six months later, the job was finally completed when I totally freaked out on my insurance company and got them involved. NO communication, shoddy workmanship, loose flooring, snotty contractors (some, not all - the flooring people they use are just RUDE). Unbelievable. If your insurance company saddles you with this group, just burn your house down. Trust me, it'll be less painful.

FABULOUS work. My back yard was devastated last year after a sewer line collapse that resulted in my patio having to be dug out. Susanna helped me design a completely new space, provided her expertise and advice, installed gorgeous paving stones, modified my fencing, regraded and replaced the soil/sod for the entire space - it's really beautiful, and with the cedar mulch she recommended, it smells terrific too. We had some scheduling issues last summer (if you recall, the rains were torrential and constant), but they were always in touch and watching the weather for a window to be able to work in. We now have an outdoor space that is comfortable, shady in some places and sunny in others, peaceful and pretty - I can't wait to actually enjoy it this year!

Blake was awesome - fast (same day!), reasonable, and very informative. He was able to explain what had gone wrong, how we could avoid the same problem in the future, and repair it with warranty parts. I already have an appointment with him in the spring to check out my a/c - I couldn't be happier! Thanks Blake!

Pavel and crew are phenomenal. They are clean, organized, helpful and friendly - one of them actually took the time to notice, chase, and capture my elderly deaf-as-a-doorknob dog down the alley when he made an escape :-) I can't say enough about these guys. Pavel worked with me to choose a product and design that worked within my budget and was more than helpful in addressing some fiddly little issues specific to my home (every home has a weird thing or two). Their prices are excellent, their work is stellar, but the service is worth EVERYTHING. Thanks guys!

Dennis and his crew were phenomenal - nothing tests one's sense of humour like a broken sewer line and a backed up basement! Dennis walked me through the process, expedited the job, recommended some other contractors I needed and explained everything. His crew members were all respectful, efficient, friendly and fun. I can't say enough positive things about this company, indeed, I've already recommended them to friends and neighbours...hopefully they will call BEFORE the basement disaster happens to them!

I'm a bit sheepish, I was a customer for a number of years but last year decided to go with a Groupon offer with another company (to save money, I thought!). Mistake. The other company was a complete rip off, the price was double what the Groupon had quoted, and the service was terrible - downright arrogant. I used Alberta Furnace Cleaning for years and took their quality of service and fair pricing for granted, but I won't do that again. I'll be calling them next time!

Some LOVELY things, at much lower prices than many home decor speciality shops. If you're looking for interesting and different, this is most definitely the place to browse. Eastern influence, Buddhas, statues, textiles, furniture, fountains - many treasures to be found, leave yourself lots of time!

EXCEPTIONAL service. My vacuum has to deal with more than any domestic vacuum should - two dogs, four cats, and various kids. Ray has repaired it quickly and inexpensively, understanding that my zoo can NOT be without a vacuum more than a couple of days. He's given excellent advice on new purchases I have made both from Dominion and other suppliers. I drive halfway across town to see this guy - he's terrific. BTW, I only put $25 in the cost field because it insists on having a number entered, it varies from free to whatever depending on what he's doing :-) I highly recommend Dominion!
