purchased leather loveseat and two chairs from Smitty's. Sales Rep said Smitty's would inspect before delivery It did not happen. Received product and had to send it all back to manufacturer. They 'corrected' the problem. Smitty's called to advise they had inspected 3 pieces but love seat STILL not right. We are less than 3 weeks from Christmas - we said deliver everything and make a new love seat - Smitty's said no. WE had to fight to get our money back - bad company, crappy customer service, NEVER AGAIN. My advice - go elsewhere.

we bought 2 high end chairs from Smitty's - they arrived damaged after they had promised to check the product before it was shipped. I would not touch them with a 10' barge pole - worst experience ever
