We recently hired David to inspect a town house in Langley, that we were considering buying, and were extremely satisfied with the service. We were initially concerned since we were out of town buyers and couldn't be present for the inspection. But David put our mind at ease by agreeing to have our realtor and a friend present for the inspection. He even allowed our friend to crawl into the attic with him to inspect the roof. At the end of the 3 hour inspection, we were emailed a detailed report and David even spent close to an hour on the phone walking us through each and every page in the report and answering all our questions. He also gave us some handy tips on preventative home maintenance. This was above and beyond what we had expected. It was clear to us that David is passionate about what he does and has his client's best interests at heart. We couldn't have been happier with David's services and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.
