After checking out a couple of hardwood floor options around Toronto where I live, I decided to try Floors Direct North at the suggestion of my parents who recently used their services. Not only did they offer competitive pricing and a wide range of selection for what I was looking for, but their customer service was first class. Jeannie and Ben literally held my hand through the process from choosing what I wanted to the installation, responding to emails promptly and dealing with my questions and last-minute changes very patiently. The results were fantastic, we love our new floors and handrail and the installation itself was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company!

My experience with this company was very positive. The employees that I dealt with were very efficient, professional and helpful throughout the process from providing initial info over the phone, the home assessment and quote, negotiating the date, to completing the job in our new home. We are also very happy with the product so far, the house already feels warmer. We compared cost to one other company and it was comparable, but the customer service at Foam Comfort really stood out.
