Worst customer experience ordered online and they could not send in credit card called customer service 5 times on hold over an 1.5 hours they were uncooperative, told me it was the credit card company stopping the order called the credit card company they said no order was processed or even sent in from the brick. Contacted the brick they said hold for a minute and they will go check got hung up on waited an hour called back got the supervisor on the phone who could not give me a straight answer why the had issues processing or getting back to the client. Asked to speak to her manager and she refused to transfer me. Cancelled my order will never go back. Have been a long time customer over 15 k spent at their store and all lost by one terrible transaction.
