I called on Friday during the week of Christmas, as the closet in our master was more like a shower. Stan got someone ( Chad?) out here Saturday morning, and he spent his day cleaning off my roof to remedy the ice build up that was causing the leak. Fast, professional, considerate. Thanks so much.
