An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I used McCormick Maintenance to get my house ready to sell. It was a new home, but after a couple of years there were a few problems. Mr. McCormick came by to fix my backyard faucet, as it was leaking water in the house. He also fixed an electrical outlet which wasn't working and patched a section of my ceiling caused by leaking water from the roof. Now, I use him for all my home repairs and renovations.
