Found these guys on Homestars. Shaun came and introduced himself with a friendly handshake and I told him the persistent leak I'd been having with the roof, that had supposedly been installed 2 yrs. ago, on the house i had recently moved into. He went up and had a look and came down with pics. in hand to tell me he could fix it for a few hundred dollars. But said he wouldn't because the fix would last a year or two at the most and then I'd have to fix it again. Even though the roof was only two yrs. old there were so many mistakes in the installation (which made the warranty void) it was virtually useless to try and fix it, when we really needed a new roof. He then showed me the pictures to prove it. Without getting into to much detail, suffice to say some of the mistakes were glaringly obvious, even to someone who knows nothing about roofing (I shingled a garage once). Anyway after several quotes from other companies, like, "Sure I can fix it for five hundred bucks", to....I'll cost HOW MUCH!!! to replace the roof? I trusted my instinct and went with Urban. It helped that his quote was one of the more reasonable, but they were great. Shaun amicably addressed every concern I had and his manner was professional His crew were respectful and courtious. Shaun showed me closeup pictures (it's 3 stories up and I ain't goin' up there) and explained everything Can't say enough. I highly recommend Urban.
